ABOUT

Ally Social is Asylum’s agency for content and digital marketing. It was only natural then, that its identity would reference Asylum’s own logomark—a simple but iconic ‘A’—as well as the now-defunct Asylum Shop to tie the family of brands together. I was tasked with designing the logo back in 2014, this is a documentation of my thought process and how I envisioned the look & feel could be.

Three letter A designs progressing from left to right in increasing boldness with annotations discussing punctuation marks and marketing concepts.
