FRED PERRY RECORD RALLY

In celebration of Record Store Day, the Fred Perry Record Rally pays tribute to music culture with an identity inspired by record sleeves, punk zines, and protest signage. The result is a raw, expressive visual language brought to life through pop-up events held in Singapore and Malaysia.

CUSTOM TYPEFACE

Rally Stencil is a custom display typeface built around an analogue, lo-fi sensibility. Borrowing the immediacy of hand-cut stencils, the letterforms are intentionally raw and high-impact. The system started with the S—a shape derived from two overlapping records—which became the structural cue for the rest of the alphabet.
